Pro Reports Enhancement
When selecting Sites and choosing a Tag then clicking back on Sites, have it checked those sites from the chosen Tag. I don’t always trust that the tabs are correct and this would provide a way to double check what’s checked.
Updraft - check for successful retention, not just one latest backup
I would like a monitor or test that tells me if the retention is working and not simply what date the last successful backup was. Before I do any bulk updates I want to make sure backups are happening. The only thing I have on the main sites list is the date of the last backup. This is nice but doesn’t tell me if my retention settings are working. For example, if I have retention such as saving 2 weeks of daily backups, I want to know if there are 14 daily backups successful or not. If there was one backup yesterday but then a gap of 8 missing backups, I want to know this is happening. I want to see at least 3 or more successful daily backups before I bulk update, not just that there is one single latest one. The only way I see to help with this is if the Updraft plugin verifies retention settings against all the saved backups logged. This way I can get at least a warning that the backup doesn’t appear complete. Even a small marker or counter showing how many daily backups are seen, for example “Latest Backup m/d/y [5]” where the 5 is just a count of consecutive days based on retention. If I had incremental backups every 4 hours, then it would be consecutive 4 hours backups. All I want to know is if “create backup every XX time” is working by counting or checking if that is happening and if there are breaks or missing recent backups. Ultimately I will not bulk update websites unless I know backup retention is happening more than just seeing there is one recent backup on the sites table listing. I am checking every site one by one to at least make sure I have many days of successful backups first and that my retention appears to be happening properly. This is a long process that gets old but it’s important to stay safe. It is not uncommon to have at least one website with a odd backup issue almost every time I go to bulk update. Or I find gaps in the expected retention. Another bug I’ll find is when backup zips get stuck and the backup size becomes large, many gigs or 10s of gigs I’ve seen. I can only verify this by opening the sites one by one and looking at the backup settings to see the total size. For me, I send all backups to S3 and don’t save them locally so my total backup size is typically less than 10MB which is just the size of log files really. Just today I went to bulk update and found one site with over 1.1GB and another over 6GB of stuck or corrupt or files that didn’t finish processing to S3. I need to know about these before I do bulk updates. Hopefully the Updraft plugin could be improved to give me more warnings if things don’t look right. Which I’m thinking is just a matter of the plugin checking the recorded backups against retention settings. And giving me total backup size for the heck of it.

Solid Security Extension - Undesired resetting of settings for notifications
The Solid Security extension has been discovered to be the source of an issue we’ve been experiencing that is so detrimental to our time that we will have to discontinue using the extension completely until some kind of fix for this issue is found. The issue Whenever the MainWP dashboard pushes Solid Security settings out to all of our child sites it reverts our defined notification email preferences from “Us” to “All Admin users”. This results in us losing the desired setting on 100+ child sites and means that We have to manually revert each site back to our desired setting. One at a time. We have to deal with child site owner’s email inquiries about the sudden emails that they’re receiving from their website about “Security issues” Both of which are very time consuming things. The extension should never alter Solid’s Notification settings for child sites.

To add value to my customer reports, I would love to see more Google analytics data embedded into the clients report. We can see it in our dashboard, but not the report. Clients love to see they are getting value for money and to add this to the report would be a great improvement.
Improve Snippets add-on with folders or tags

Cost tracker duplication
A little improvement that would be really practicle in some cases, would be the option to duplicate a cost. This would prevent to redo all the cost parameters for a an identical category and just change the things that are different (client/price/…). That would be saving time !
Wordfence - Firewall - External Allowlist of IPs
It would be useful for us to be able to import/append from an externally maintained list of safe IPs. We imagine it would look something like this: That way several of our tools (including MainWP) could benefit from that central “Single Source of Truth” list. We’d have less “spots” to keep up to date.
Matomo addon limited number of properties in pulldown
Matomo add-on seems to run into limits in the MainWP installation. I just connected a lot (around 120) of Matomo properties, but the ones with the higest piwiks_id numbers (205 and higher) do not appear in the dropdown selector and are not searchable. I can manually connect by entering the right piwiks_id for the wpid in wp_mainwp_wp_piwiks table, which will give me analytics as expected. This is not a structural solution though, because that table will be overruled bij the settings, which will revert to ‘no properties‘ when I save. Can you unlimit the number of webistes that get fetched from Matomo? My limit in Matomo is set to 500 and API tests show that I can get the higher piwik_id websites without a problem, so Matomo is not the restricting factor. I am running latest versions for everything. Thanks for looking at this.

GA Macros not working in Pro Reports – all [ga.*] values are empty
I’m using the MainWP Pro Reports extension and noticed that all [ga.*] tokens/macros (like [ga.visits], [ga.pageviews], [ga.pages.visit], etc.) are no longer working - they’re just showing up empty in the generated reports. This happens both with my custom templates and with your default report templates. I’ve configured everything correctly with this extension. Is this a known issue or has anything changed with how GA data is pulled? Would appreciate any guidance. Thanks!
Merge many reports in one mail
A customer can have multiple websites. However, when we send Pro Reports by email, each report is sent in a separate email for each website. This means that customers may receive many emails at once. My idea is to improve this process by allowing the system to send a single email per customer, which would include all the PDF reports for that customer's websites as attachments. This would make the communication much cleaner and more convenient for our customers.

White Label Addon: Settings defined by user role
I would like to, for example, hide the “WordPress Tools page” and some dashboard widgets. But this should not apply to WordPress users with role “admin”. With the plugin “White Label CMS” I can define options for different user roles, which makes a lot of sense. This possibility with this MainWP Addon would make it a great alternative for me. Being able to define different white-label options depending on the user role would be really great.
White Label Addon: Different settings for (groups of) child pages
Different child pages often require specific white-label settings: Customer sites (different groups of customers), own sites, etc. I would appreciate it if I could manage different settings for different groups of sites. Currently, I can only apply my white-label settings to all pages the same. It would also be great if I could manage those “groups” by given tags.
Request to make MainWP report Plugin
I know we can customize the design but it should be default professional designs like other tools make. I really liked the design of Managwp → it’s a expensive alternative for us but their report design is quite good. Only issue we can’t send with scheduling but rest good. I want same design if possible you can implement in Mainwp? It’s quite outdated and looks old school. It’s not that much complicated to update that design i guess it’s just php but you might have better understanding of it.
Request for Support of .PK Domains in MainWP Domain Monitor Extension
As a MainWP Pro user, I rely heavily on the Domain Monitor Extension to track domain expirations. However, it currently does not support.pk domains, which are essential for many of my clients. I suggest adding support for .pk domains — either directly or via integration with a free self-hosted WHOIS service like WhoDat, which supports a wide range of TLDs including .pk. This would significantly improve the extension’s value for international users. Thank you!

I know https://lookup.icann.org/ does not return info for .com.au domains but the extension needs to be expanded to take in data from other sources when not available from icann. Please.
Add its own option to disable database updates, don't tie it to plugin updates
The “Database Updater” add-on doesn’t have its own option to ignore it on individual child sites, instead it is using the “Ignore plugin updates” option. It should have its own option, so we can still keep database updates to be enabled, even if we don’t need the plugin updates for a particular website.
Update: Vulnerability Checker Extension
Hello, I would like to suggest an update for the vulnerability checker extension. For us, the vulnerability checker is the main feature to use MainWP. Zentralizing the overall updates is a good start, but in order to avoid the risk of breaking things, we would like to reduce the very frequent updates to the vulnerable parts of WordPress. Using WPScan, this extension allows the user to see, what themes and plugins have issues that need to be fixed very soon. The problem is, that there is no way to easily update the vulnerable plugins and themes now. The user needs to manually check all the sites, what plugins and themes cause issues and then go to the update sections and update those parts manually. Since this is very time consuming, I would like to suggest an update for that extension, that allows the user to update vulnerable parts much easier. All informations and the update functionality is already present in MainWP. It just need to be links together. So besides having a “Update all” (or “Update all plugins”) button, I would like to see a “Update all vulnerabilities” button (or “Update all vulnerable plugins”). MainWP then just need to loop the all the found issues and update the according plugins on all sites, that have this issue listed. Another or additional option would be to extend the installed plugin list within MainWP, adding a column, that shows vulnerabilities. From that view the user could trigger the update as well. The main goal is to make it as easy as possible to frequently update only vulnerabilities of a lot of pages. Currently, this is sadly not possible in a effient way. Additionally, there could be more infos added to the extension as well, like: "There are 15 vulnerable plugins on 5 of 20 sites." "Vulnerable Plugins accross all sites are: X, Y, Z" "Click here to update ALL vulnerable Plugins an all sites" "Click here to update plugin X on all sites" Thank you
