Team Control - Select by Client

On the Role / Manage Permissions Screen - /wp-admin/admin.php?page=Extensions-Mainwp-Team-Control&tab=roles I am aware I can Select by Website or by Group - I'd like to select by client as in my use case, I am supporting agencies and need to assign the sites to the agency. The issue with select by Group (Tag) is 1) It duplicates as assigning to client 2) I have found I have to assign the tags on a site by site bases as otherwise using the filters when assigning the tags it unselects sites. Thanks
