Reduce vertical height of site row when using multiple tags

A request to review the row height when multiple tags are in use in the ‘Manage Sites’ view.

The vertical stacking of the tag boxes can increase the height of the row when multiple tags are in use.

It would be more pleasing to have less scrolling and a more condensed view.

For example in the screenshot below, there are 2 sites shown in the available space, this space could accommodate many more sites with much less scrolling required and more easily review the essential information on each row.
