Pro reports token `[ga.bounce.rate]` has incorrect value

The pro reports token for the Google Analytics bounce rate ([ga.bounce.rate]) token value is offset by 100.On every of my sites this is what gets displayed, e.g.,: 0.61%, 0.4%, 0.55%. But that's incredibly low. It should be this: 61%, 40%, 55%.
