Pro Reports - Actual Easy Customisation

The Pro-Reports is terrible and also clunky. The feature itself works just fine, but… the report customisation is terrible. Please fix this and make those reports more customisable and easy. Currently there are some weird addons from what seem to be third party sources, these are not feasible to most users. I e.g. have two (sometimes three) kinds of reports I sent out each month, one is for WaaS (Website as a Service) clients, and the other is for Website Management clients. Both contain similar data but then each has some nuances appropriate to each service. The problem is, to make these reports even vaguely different and unique to differentiate between them (some clients receive both or all three reports for their different services), is a mission in itself and frustrating.There is great value in the Pro-Reports, but even more so if it's improved.
