Add "AND" logic for tags

Tags have only OR logic, the AND logic is missing. So we can not "filter" websites by tags, to show websites, when the selected Tags are all true for the listed websites. Please add the option to choose from OR or AND logic, when we want to use tags.

For example: I can have tags for clients and for WooCommerce websites. So if I want to see all WooCommerce website for a specific client, I can not do it with OR logic, as it will show all the websites for that client and even all WooCommerce websites at the same time. Doesn’t make sense. Instead I want to see only the WooCommerce websites for that client.
