Wordfence - Flag Site by high level of issue

This is taking a page directly from Wordfence. Wordfence has “Wordfence Central” which is a dashboard where you can see all your sites in one place - most importantly on the main “sites” screen it shows the total number of issues and reports on the highest level - so for example if a file has been modified it shows as critical - disabled plugins medium - and so forth.

I am looking to not just have the little shield icon but rather have it color coded similar to Wordfence itself or have the word / number of issues as it can help address issues that way
