Updraft Plus: Sync settings to a single site

In order to (re-)sync the global Updraft settings to a single, users currently need to re-sync all the sites. This has two downsides:it is slower than syncing just the oneis more insecure in case of a bug (e.g like the previous s3 secret-key bug before v5 of the extension)To solve this I suggest adding a new "sync / push global settings" action to the single sites menu.The action could be added next to the existing ones:
