"Startklar"? (don´t know what that is in the English version)

Why is there a green hook re. “updates” in general when there are theme or translation updates still do be done?
And secondly, why aren´t they in the same list/window? I want to update everything, not just plugins in one rush. At least to have an option for customizing that - for those who do not want that regularly!
