Option to exempt disconnected site from Daily Digest

Please consider an option to exempt a disconnected site from the Daily Digest notification email to cover situations where a site has been deliberately disconnected. This would be beneficial in situations where the child site may be reconnected at a future date, so removing it from the dashboard doesn’t make sense, but neither does receiving notification that the site is disconnected.Example usage could include: site suspended for non-payment, site deactivated at customer request with an option to reactivate, seasonal or other temporary website, etc.
