Install select plugins onto select sites they are not on, but ARE on, on other different select sites...

Your “not installed” status in the dropdown there in the plugins area is useless as it is, does absolutely nothing… We need to be able to see which sites a plugin, that we DO have installed on one or more sites, is NOT on, and THEN be able to selectively install THAT same plugin on one or more select sites that it is not on…
