Currently, the suspend feature does not work as expected. The suspended sites and their updates are sown on the site dashboard and global dashboards. It's even possible to run the updates but they won't finish. It just acts like it is performing the updates. It finishes. And then you see of course that it still required plugin/theme/core updates as those never actually finished (because the site is suspended).Overall, this is completely confusing and just a bad user experience. The feature works (doesn't allow updates) but the visual representation and available actions to suspended sites are completely wrong.
