Custom Login URL support

Core Requests (Dashboard/Child)

Many of my client sites use security plugins to change the login url from wp-login to a customized alias.

It would be great if we get an optional login url field in the dashboard (of a specific site). If its empty, use the normal redirect, in the other case, use this url to redirect me from the mainWP dashboard to the client site login.

    How does MainWP login work, when an admin is logged out of a secured site?
    This url is an example:

    https://example.com/wp-login.php?sgs-token=XXXX

    When I use mainWP to go to the wp-admin and I am logged out, it results in a 404.

    This happens on all secured sites with rewritten login-urls!

    Hi Tyler, Thanks for the request.
    Can you please provide me info why would you need the site Login URL?
    If you are referring to the Go to WP Admin link, this feature does not require the exact URL of the login page.

      I always rename the login url with a security plugin.
      Instead of wp-admin or wp-login its a custom slug to login.
      mainWP does not have this info and redirects to 404 if its not automatically logged in.

        Sorry for the delay.
        This seems like some usability problem caused by some security rule on your child sites. By default, MainWP does not have to know the login/wp-admin URL.

        I would strongly suggest reaching out to our support team and they will help you with troubleshooting this problem.

        For now, I will close this feature request.
