Bulk action option to disable/enable Uptime Monitoring

Right now you have to manually enable/disable Uptime Monitoring per-site, which can be really time consuming. It would be great if the bulk actions option at

/wp-admin/admin.php?page=MonitoringSites allowed you to disable/enable monitoring in a single click. Even better if you could choose between enable, disable, and “Use global default.”
