Basic user session management

Would like to see something like the session management feature that's available in https://wpactivitylog.com/ that would allow seeing which users are currently logged into a MainWP child site and their associated email address. Extra goodness would be the ability to remotely log them out, and the ability to pop up an alert to them "Eg: The webserver will be rebooted in 10 minutes. Please save your work."
