Add Rocket.net to API Backups

Rocket.net has been a great managed hosting provider for me (and I'm sure many others). They offer a simple API for backups and other account functionality here: https://rocketdotnet.readme.io/reference/introductionI tried to create an extension to add them myself, but this part of the codebase seems less object-oriented than I'm used to. Given how well-documented their API is, I'm hoping it would be easier for someone more familiar with the MainWP codebase to add them as a provider.
