Add “Days Since Last Update” Column to Abandoned Plugins View

Hello,

It would be very helpful to have a “Days Since Last Update” column in the Abandoned Plugins view — ideally with the ability to sort by that value. This would make it easier to identify which outdated plugins might require attention first.

If this isn't feasible as a built-in feature, any guidance on adding it via a snippet or hook would be greatly appreciated.
