Time tracker plugin - Insert new task

I'm using the time tracker plugin, but I can't do what I want. With my clients, I stipulate hour packages, which remain active until they are exhausted (not necessarily within the year) and I cannot find a setting to remove an expiration from the indicated hours. Furthermore, interventions can be carried out and then inserted later, but I cannot select or change the date and time of the interventions. How can I solve it? For me it is very important because then the report must have the correct data.
