Currently, ProReports sends weekly reports to clients regardless of activity levels on their websites. However, it would be more beneficial if these reports were conditional, only being sent out if there were updates made to the core, plugins, or themes within that period.Feature Request Details:Feature Name: Conditional ReportsPurpose: To enable ProReports to send reports only if there were specific update activities (core, plugin, or theme updates) on the site during the selected period.Benefits:Reduces Clutter: Clients will not receive unnecessary reports when no significant changes have been made to their website, reducing email clutter and increasing the relevance of the reports they do receive.Enhances Client Perception: Sending reports only when updates occur underscores the ongoing value and proactive nature of the maintenance service, potentially increasing client satisfaction and retention.Saves Resources: This feature could save on system resources by generating fewer reports and reducing the load on email servers, especially for agencies managing many sites.Implementation Suggestion:A toggle option in the ProReports settings that allows users to choose between sending periodic reports regardless of activity or only sending them when specific updates have occurred.Incorporation of an activity check mechanism that triggers report generation and dispatch only if the defined conditions (updates to core, plugins, or themes) are met during the specified period.
