Archive Sites After Maintenance Contract Ends

It would be very helpful to have an "Archive" feature in MainWP for sites that are no longer under active maintenance.

Instead of deleting such sites (which removes logs, history, and configuration), we would like to archive them — meaning:

• They are excluded from monitoring, syncing, backups, etc.

• They are hidden from the active site lists.

• All data (logs, notes, history, tags, etc.) remains intact for future reference or legal compliance.

• Archived sites could optionally be set to auto-delete after a specific period (e.g., 12 months).

This feature would help agencies and providers maintain a clean workspace while still meeting data retention requirements.
